Plain English summary: Use the app for legitimate construction work. Don't misuse it. Your data belongs to you. We provide the service as-is. Either party can end the relationship at any time.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of InspectCube, operated by Deca Cube Ltd, company number 17153306. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. The service

InspectCube provides tools for QA inspections, snag reports, site reports, work tickets, drawings management, and PDF documentation for the construction industry. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 or over to use InspectCube. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in InspectCube. By using the service, you grant Deca Cube Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Plans and payment

InspectCube offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, details of which are available at inspectcube.com/pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We will give 30 days' notice of any price changes.

The free plan is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

8. Promo codes and referrals

Promotional codes and referral credits have no cash value. We reserve the right to revoke any credits or discounts if they have been fraudulently obtained or used.

9. Availability and uptime

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of liability

InspectCube is a record-keeping and reporting tool only. It does not replace professional assessments, structural surveys, or legal advice. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the service.

11. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days of deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to these Terms take effect. Continued use of InspectCube after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
