No. The free plan is free forever — no card, no trial that expires. You only need to pay when you want unlimited exports, Work Ticket access, or a team plan.

Any time you generate a PDF to download, email, or send via WhatsApp uses one export credit. Viewing documents inside the app never counts. Your 5 free credits don't expire.

Never. Work Ticket is completely private to each individual user. The team account owner can manage seats and see project data, but cannot access any operative's rates, totals, or earnings history. This is built into the app at database level — it is not a setting that can be changed.

Work Ticket (£3.99/mo) is for operatives who only need to log their work and send PDFs to their contractor. Pro (£8.99/mo) is for supervisors and QA managers who also need unlimited inspection reports, snag exports, and full PDF generation. Pro includes Work Ticket — you don't need both.

Yes. Upgrade instantly — your new plan is active immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled and will continue until the year ends.

The person who buys the Team plan is the account owner. They invite up to 5 other people by email — each gets their own login, their own snags, inspections, and Work Ticket. The owner manages who's in the team from a simple dashboard. All 6 users share the same project and drawings.

All subscriptions are managed at inspectcube.com. You'll receive email receipts and can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page on the website at any time.

Pro includes a 30-day free trial — no card required. Work Ticket and Team plans start immediately on payment. All plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund under UK consumer law.
